Saturday Ritual: Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga + Meditation

A weekly ritual rooted in the repetition and rhythm of the Ashtanga practice.
We move together through a blend of the ½ Primary sequence, guided by Sanskrit counting and the steady pulse of breath.

This is where discipline becomes devotion — where familiarity invites depth.
You’ll refine alignment, feel the vibration of the count anchor your mind, and build internal strength that carries far beyond the mat.
We close with a short somatic meditation or body scan to integrate the energy you’ve built through your practice.
